Terms of Use
Terms governing use of oportberce.digital and Lisbon Light Yoga services in Portugal.
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the website oportberce.digital and to enquiries, classes and retreats offered by Lisbon Light Yoga, Rua da Esperança 41, 1200-655 Lisboa, Portugal ([email protected], +351 912 555 084).
2. Website content
Information on this site is provided for general guidance about our classes and retreats. Schedules, prices and availability may change. We aim to keep content accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at all times.
3. Bookings and payments
Class and retreat places are confirmed according to the arrangements agreed when you book (for example by email or in studio). Payment terms, cancellation windows and any deposits for retreats will be stated at the time of booking. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted if it would disrupt the group.
4. Practice and health
Yoga involves physical activity. You are responsible for deciding whether a class or retreat is suitable for you and for informing the teacher of relevant injuries or limitations. Participation is at your own risk within the limits allowed by Portuguese law. We do not provide medical advice.
5. Conduct
We ask everyone to treat the space, props and other participants with respect. We may refuse or end participation where behaviour endangers safety or the calm of the group.
6. Intellectual property

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed.
8. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
