We do not ask for special-category health data through this website. If you voluntarily share health-related information to support safe teaching, we process it only as needed to provide the service and with your informed involvement.

  • Respond to booking and retreat enquiries and manage attendance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — contract / pre-contractual steps)
  • Operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in a functional, secure service)
  • Comply with legal obligations, including bookkeeping and tax duties under Portuguese law where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting or email) who process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR.

We keep booking and correspondence data only as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing client relationship, and thereafter as required for legitimate documentation or legal duties under Portuguese law.
